PRODUCT RETURNS

The aim of pandoras.store is that every order is 100% satisfactory.
Our customers have the right to return products purchased from this online store pandoras.store when they are defective or wrong products e.g. products that were not ordered and were sent incorrectly through the fault of pandoras.store. In the event that our customer has received the defective or incorrect product, he/she should, after immediate notification, deliver it to the representative of the courier company that will bring him/her the replacement product. The product should be returned in the condition in which it was delivered.

The maximum return period cannot exceed fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

No changes will be made to seasonal items (i.e. new year charms) and special orders (i.e. name necklaces, family necklaces and monograms).
