SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS / ORDERS

General
The aim of pandoras.store is that every order should satisfy you 100%. That is why we make sure that we ship the products you order that are ready-to-deliver on the next working day.

Place of Delivery
Our online store pandoras.store delivers its products all over Greece. Shipments are made every day except Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

Prices
The prices listed on the pandoras.store website are the final prices, i.e. VAT is included. The prices listed do not include the cost of shipping and COD.

Shipping and handling charges
– Shipping costs: Free for orders over 49€
– Shipping costs: 3€ for orders under 49€

– COD service cost : 3€ for orders under 49€
– COD service is free for orders over 49€.

Order Completion/Confirmation
Upon completion of the order, the customer will receive the confirmation from pandoras.store via email, mentioning the order quantity, cost and order number. Please make sure that you have filled in your email correctly in the order form.

Delivery time
Shipping is usually the next business day for ready-to-deliver products. For non-ready products, the delivery time indicated in the product description applies. This applies to most areas of Greece, but there are cases where delivery takes 2-3 working days or more from the day of the order. In the event that a product ordered by the customer is not available, pandoras.store will contact the customer directly via email and/or phone to inform the customer when the product is likely to be delivered. For products that need to be ordered we are committed to contacting and informing the customer of the delivery time. If the customer considers that the delivery time of the product does not satisfy them, they may cancel the order of the product in question.

Delivery method
The delivery of the products is made by courier company, to the place you have indicated to us during your order.
You can also pick up the ready-to-deliver products from our physical store 28th October 6 in Loutra Edipsou.

The company P.KAPAKOS AND CO. is not responsible for any delay in shipments due to: Inability of the courier company to fulfill its obligations due to accidents, strikes, health crisis, etc. In any case we are committed to inform the customer about the progress of the order by phone or email.
